“I can't understand why this place is rated 3 star. The staff alone are 5 star. We had one overnight stay to catch a very early flight to Rome. We were greeted warmly by Hayley and Ian. They were courteous and helpful from the minute we arrived. We had a great laugh with them both while checking in, and again when we went for dinner later on. All the staff seemed happy to help. The room was spotlessly clean, and regardless of the close proximity to the airport (7 minutes walk) we heard no noise whatsoever. We were also grateful there was no noise from other guests throughout the night. The dining area was well laid out with plenty of space between tables. We were served promptly, again byHayley and Ian. The food was great and the area, like our room, was spotlessly clean. Overall we were extremely happy with every aspect of our brief stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Happy to recommend. Thank you Karen and Tony”
“The rooms are very modern, with plenty of plugs including USB-C and USB-A chargers. The bathrooms are very nice with lovely big showers. This is an airport hotel, so while the location is not a holiday destination, it is very convenient for late flights or early departures.”
